Imunohistochemická vyšetření jsou velice významná pro diagnostiku karcinomu prsu. Bakalářská práce se zabývá IHC markery, jakou jsou HER2, proliferační antigen Ki-67 nebo estrogenový a progesteronový receptor. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o anatomii prsu, rizikových faktorech karcinomu prsu a imunohistochemické metodě. Abstract:
Immunohistochemical examinations are very important for the diagnostics of breast cancer. The bachelor thesis deals with immunohistochemistry markers such as HER2, proliferation antigens Ki-67 or estrogen and progesterone receptor.
