The Business Plan Founding of Café and Analysis of the Real Object

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu, jehož cílem je zhodnocenísoučasného fungování kavárny Lark café Brno. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou apraktickou. V první jsou definovány pojmy, které souvisejí s daným tématem, následujecharakteristika stravovacích služeb, jejich členění a také jsou uvedeny podmínky proprovozování gastronomických zařízení. Dále se práce věnuje problematice tvorbypodnikatelského plánu. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou využity v praktické části, kde jepředstaven zkoumaný objekt a vypracován podnikatelský plán, který zahrnuje analýzupodniku a jeho okolí, marketingovou strategii a finanční plán. Podle zjištěných poznatků jenavrhnuto doporučení pro další podnikání.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is based on the creation of a business plan, the aim of this thesis is toevaluate the current functioning of the Lark café Brno. This thesis is divided into two parts,theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the terms that are related to the topic ofthis thesis. The terms are focused to catering services, their divisions are characterized thereand the conditions for the operation of gastronomic facilities are also given there. This thesisalso deals with the issue of creation a business plan. These theoretical findings are practicalyused in the practical part this thesis, where the research object is introduced and a businessplan is developed, which includes an analysis of the enterprise and its surroundings,marketing strategy and financial plan. According to the findings, a recommendation forfurther business is proposed.
