Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku policejní činnosti v České a Slovenské republice. Mapuje policejní útvary na území České a Slovenské republiky, kterými jsou Policie České republiky, Policejní sbor Slovenské republiky, obecní policie, Vojenská policie České a Slovenské republiky. Definuje obecné i konkrétní úkoly těchto policejních útvarů. Tyto úkoly posuzuje z pohledu veřejných statků. …more

The thesis is focused on the issues of police activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It maps the police units of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which are the Police of the Czech Republic, the Slovak Police Force, municipal police and the Military Police Corps of The Czech Republic and Slovakia.
