Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu místního referenda, jeho druhy, náklady a problematiku všelidového hlasování. V teoretické části je uvedena v právním rámci. V praktické části se zabývá místním referendem v praxi, zahraniční úpravou a možnosti zefektivnění institutu místního referenda
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of a local referendum, its types, costs and issues of popular vote. The theoretical part provides the legal framework. The practical part deals with the local referendum in practice, foreign regulation and the possibility of streamlining the institute of the local referendum.
