Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je Parkinsonova nemoc. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol – obecná část, speciální část a kazuistika. Parkinsonova choroba je degenerativní onemocnění centrální nervové soustavy, které vzniká v důsledku úbytku velkého množství dopaminergních neuronů v bazálních gangliích. The theme of this bachelor’s work is Parkinson’s disease. The work is divided into three chapters – general part, special part, and case studies. Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system which is caused by loss of large amounts of dopaminergic neurons in the basal ganglia.
