Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá kontaktem dětí v pěstounské péči s jejich biologickou rodinou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a je shrnut legislativní rámec pěstounské péče. Dále je vysvětleno právní postavení biologického rodiče a pěstouna ve vztahu k dítěti. The presented bachelor thesis deals with the contact between children in foster care and their birth family. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and summarizes the legislative framework of foster care.
