Abstract:
Neuroblastom je solidní extrakraniálně uložený tumor dětského věku, který je charakteristický svojí variabilitou, ať už klinickou či laboratorní. V této bakalářské práci bylo zhodnoceno 19 tumorů imunofenotypem odpovídajících neuroblastomu. Dále byla stanovena DNA ploidie tumoru a provedena detekce neuroblastomových buněk v kostní dřeni. Abstract:
Neuroblastoma is defined as an extracranial solid tumor with manifestation in childhood and is characteristical for its clinical and laboratory variability. This bachelor thesis evaluated 19 tumours with imunophenotype compatible with neuroblastoma.
