Exemptions from liability under CISG
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je tedy podat informace o vyloučení odpovědnosti podle článků 79 a 80 Vídeňské úmluvy, podrobně rozebrat jednotlivá ustanovení a v závěru upozornit na jednotlivé možnosti, které byly u aplikace těchto článků využity a mají tedy šanci na úspěch v praxi.
Abstract:
This paper aims to inform of exemptions of liability according to CISG Articles 79 and 80, to analyze vivid regulations, and in the end to point out options when applying these articles, that are noteworthy.
