Tématem bakalářské práce je institut oprávnění Policie ČR a policejního orgánu vstupu do obydlí, jiných prostor a na pozemek podle zákona číslo 273/2008 Sb., o Policii České republiky a zákona číslo 141/1961 Sb., trestní řád.
