Physiotherapy in critically ill patients focused on postural and respiratory functions
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je kinezioterapie u kriticky nemocných pacientů. Cílem bylo shrnout poznatky a vytvořit vhodný terapeutický postup pro pacienty na oddělení intenzivní péče. Teoretická část se opírá o americký Program časné mobility a chůze a o evropské doporučení Respirační společnosti. Součástí práce je kazuistika, která se zabývá léčebnou rehabilitací pacienta na umělé plicní ventilaci.
Abstract:
The main topic of the bachelor thesis is physical therapy for critically ill patients. The aim was to summarize knowledge and create appropriate therapist-driven protocol. The theoretical part is based on an American program Early mobility and walking and Europe recommendations of the European Respiratory Society.
