Age Management Implementation in Company X

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pojetím konceptu age managementu ve společnosti X. Jde o koncept řízení, který zohledňuje zkušenosti a potřeby pracovníků s ohledem na jejich věk. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou age managementu a managementu lidských zdrojů. Jelikož demografický vývoj v České republice není příliš příznivý, zaměřuje se především na skupinu zaměstnanců starších 50 let. Praktická část se věnuje představení společnosti X, analýze současného stavu personálních procesů ve vztahu k age managementu a zmapování individuálních potřeb zaměstnanců, především s ohledem na jejich věk. V projektové části je představen projekt implementace age managementu. Cílem práce bylo, na základě výsledků primárního výzkumu, navrhnout projekt implementace age managementu ve společnosti X.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the concept of age management in company X. It is a management concept that takes into account the experience and needs of employees with regard to their age. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of age management and human resource management. Since the demographic development in the Czech Republic is not very favourable, it focuses mainly on the group of employees over 50 years of age. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of company X, analysis of the current state of HR processes in relation to age management, and mapping of individual needs of employees, especially with regard to their age. In the project part the project of age management implementation is presented. The aim of this thesis was, based on the results of the primary research, to propose a project for the implementation of age management in Company X.
