Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na výzkum a analýzu úrovně jazyků zaměstnanců v oblasti hotelnictví a na možnost spolupráce jazykových škol s hotely.Teoreticko-metodologická část obsahuje zdroje pro výzkum dat, jazykové znalosti Evropanů ve srovnání s Českou republikou, motivace k učení a výběr jazyků.
