Práce zkoumá heterogenitu segmentu obchodních cestujících v osobní letecké dopravě především z hlediska využití typu leteckého dopravce, přičemž se vychází z členění na tradiční (zkr. FSC – Full Service Carrier) a nízkonákladové letecké dopravce (zkr. LCC – Low-Cost Carrier). This thesis investigates the heterogeneity of business travelers in air transport.
