Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojistných podvodů a řešením pojistných podvodů pojišťovnami. Obsahem je popis fungování pojišťoven na českém pojistném trhu, dále je to definice pojistného podvodu a jeho legislativních rámců. The bachelor thesis deals with problematics of insurance fraud and dealing with them by insurance companies. The content is a description of the operation of insurance companies in the Czech insurance market, it is also a definition of insurance fraud and its legislative framework.
