Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem dohody o vině a trestu a klade si za cíl zhodnotit jeho prospěšnost pro účastníky dohodovacího řízení a pro společnost obecně. This Theses focus on the agreement on guilt and punishment institute, and its objective is to assess the benefit of this institute to the parties of agreement proceedings as well as for society in general.
