Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím Cochemského modelu, jakožto systému interdisciplinární spolupráce, v českém soudnictví. Cílem práce je zhodnotit možnosti zavedení tohoto modelu, analyzovat změny, které přináší Cochemský model do českého soudnictví a rovněž rozdíly v aplikační praxi vybraných okresních soudů. This diploma thesis aims to the use of the Cochem model, as a system of interdisciplinary cooperation, in the Czech judiciary. This thesis considers the model application options, analyse the changes that the Co-chem model brings to the Czech judiciary, as well as application practice differences of selected district courts.
