Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce „Optimalizace finančních toků ve vybrané společnosti“ pojednává o možnostech analýzy finančních toků a teoriích zabývajícími se optimální kapitálovou strukturou. V rámci teoretické části jsou nastíněny všechny důležité poznatky, bez kterých by nebylo možné správné pochopení tématu této práce. V praktické části práce je nejprve podrobně rozebrána finanční analýza společnosti Plotové centrum, s.r.o., konkrétně nejprve v části absolutních ukazatelů, poté v části poměrových ukazatelů a jako poslední v části ekonomické přidané hodnoty. V rámci návrhů řešení došlu k optimalizaci finančních toků pomocí statických a dynamických metod. Tyto metody byly následně podrobeny vícekriteriálnímu rozhodování, pomocí kterého byla určena nejvhodnější varianta optimalizace finančních toků společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis "Optimization of financial flows in selected companies" discusses the possibilities of analysis of financial flows and theories dealing with the optimal capital structure. In the framework of the theoretical part outlines all the important knowledge, without which it would not allow a proper understanding of the topic of this work. In the practical part of the work is first elaborated the financial analysis of the company's Plotové centrum, s. r. o., specifically, the first part of the absolute indicators, then in parts of the financial indicators and, as a last in the parts of economic value added. Under the proposals the solution to the optimization of financial flows using static and dynamic methods. These methods were subsequently subjected to vícekriteriálnímu decision-making, through which was determined the most suitable variant of optimization of financial flows of the company.
