Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá historií výzkumu kmenových buněk od prvního popisu buňky po nejnovější objevy 21. století. Úvodní část práce popisuje pro lepší pochopení souvislostí kmenové buňky obecně, jejich základní vlastnosti, využití a získání, zabývá se také právem a etikou výzkumu. This work deals with the history of stem cells from the first description of a cell to the recent discoveries made in the 21st century. First part of this work describes stem cells generally for better understanding of the context and gives their basic characteristic, usage and gain.
