Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce bylo popsat výskyt sulfometabolitů v rostlinách, řasách a houbách, a identifikovat struktury neznámých sulfometabolitů. K této analýze byla použita UHPLC-QqTOF-MS metoda a vyhledávání neutrální ztráty SO3 v MS2 spektrech. Další cíle zahrnovaly syntézu standardů pro identifikaci, analýzu biosyntézy sulfometabolitů, a stanovení jejich možných biologických funkcí. Díky tomuto přístupu …more
Abstract:
The main objective of this study was to investigate the occurrence of sulfometabolites in plants, algae and fungi and to identify the structures of unknown sulfometabolites. The UHPLC-QqTOF-MS method and the search for neutral SO3 loss in MS2 spectra were used for this analysis.
