Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na pohled osob s diabetem mellitem 2. typu na nu-triční terapii a jejich vztah s nutričním terapeutem. Teoretická část se věnuje adhe-renci k terapii diabetu, prostředí podporujícímu růst u pacientů a vztahu mezi nu-tričním terapeutem a pacientem. Praktická část zkoumá motivaci pacientů ke zdra-vému stravování a jejich vnímanou schopnost dodržovat zdravou stravu, stejně jako jejich vnímání podpory autonomie ze strany nutričního terapeuta. Výzkum využívá validované škály TSRQ, PCS a HCCQ. Tato práce přispívá k lepšímu pochopení fakto-rů ovlivňujících spolupráci mezi pacienty s diabetem a nutričními terapeuty, což mů-že vést k efektivnějšímu řízení tohoto onemocnění.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the perspective of individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus on dietetics and the relationship between them and the dietitian. The theoretical part addresses adherence to diabetes therapy, the supportive environment for patient growth, and the relationship between the dietitian and the patient. The practical section examines the motivation of patients for healthy eating, their perceived com-petence to adhere to a healthy diet, and their perception of the dietitian’s autonomy support. The research uses validated scales TSRQ, PCS and HCCQ. This work con-tributes to a better understanding of factors influencing collaboration between pa-tients with diabetes and dietitians, potentially leading to more effective manage-ment of this condition.
