Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat po právní a ekonomické stránce využití flexibilních forem pracovní doby u vybraných zaměstnavatelů z různých ekonomických sektorů. Předmětem analýzy bude zejména pružná pracovní doba, zkrácené pracovní úvazky či dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr; součástí práce bude komparace právní úpravy a využití těchto institutů s vybranými členskými státy EU. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal and economic aspects of the use of flexible forms of working time for selected employers from various economic sectors. The analysis will focus in particular on flexible working hours, part-time work or agreements on work done outside employment.
