Revenue method of XYZ company appreciation

Abstract:

Cílem tohoto diplomového projektu je stanovit hodnotu společnosti s ručením omezeným k 1. lednu 2009. Ke stanovení hodnoty této společnosti byly použity výnosové metody ocenění. Teoretická část tohoto projektu definuje podnik, jako předmět ocenění, poskytuje přehled základních oceňovacích metod a stručně popisuje základní postup při ocenění pod-niku. Analytická část prezentuje výsledky finanční analýzy společnosti a obeznamuje s finanční situací podniku. Projektová část obsahuje strategický finanční plán oceňované společnosti a stanovuje tržní hodnotu společnosti stanovenou použitím výnosových metod oceňování.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the limited company on the date of Janu-ary 1., 2009. The yield valuation methods have been used for the assignment the value of this company. The theoretical part defines the company as a object of the valuation, purve-ys an overwiev of company valuation methods and briefly describes the primary procedures of the valuation. The analytic part presents the results of the financial data analysis of the valuated company and acquaints about the financial situation of this company. The project part contains the strategical statement of the valuated company and specifies the company´s market value using the yield valuation methods.
