Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Průzkum požadavků a spokojenosti zákazníků podniku“ pojednává o realizaci průzkumu a jeho využití v praxi, konkrétně v Hotelu Grand Majestic Plaza. Autorka v teoretické části popisuje seznámení se zákazníkem, jeho potřebami, požadavky a spokojeností. Specifikuje přípravnou část metod průzkumů a sběrů dat. V praktické části ukazuje výsledky realizace metod průzkumů formou osobního dotazování a dotazníku, přičemž následně řeší jejich vyhodnocování. Cílem práce bylo zjistit různé požadavky zákazníků a sledovat jejich spokojenost. Souhrn všech shromážděných výsledků průzkumu nabízí doporučení na zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb hotelu.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis on the topic of “Survey of requirements and customer satisfaction in the company” covers the execution of the research and its application in practice, specifically at the Hotel Grand Majestic Plaza. In the theoretical part, the author describes getting to know the customer, his needs, requirements and satisfaction. The author specifies the preparatory part that consisted of the survey methods and data collection. In the practical part, the author presents the results of the execution of the research methods via interview and questioning and deals with their evaluation. The aim of the thesis was determining the customers’ various requirements and monitoring their satisfaction. The summary of all collected research outcomes offers recommendations for increasing the quality of the services provided by the hotel.
