Recovery measures in the enterprise in the acute phase of crisis

Abstract:

Krize, krizové řízení, krizový manažer, krizová komunikace a další pojmy obsahující slovo ,,krize,, byly v době ještě nedávno minulé používány zřídka a v zásadě nejčastěji v souvislosti s krizemi způsobenými přírodními živly. Dnes je situace jiná. Díky hospodářské recesi a krizi finanční dostalo krizové řízení v naší zemi rozměr také podnikatelský, ofenzivní s nádechem něčeho vysoce speciálního a náročného. Recese přivedla do těžkých stavů i dříve dobře prosperující podniky a nový stav si žádá nové přístupy, zkušenosti a metody. Vybírá si také svoje oběti. Krizové řízení se tedy stává i u nás běžnou manažerskou disciplínou, která vyžaduje kumulované znalosti, zkušenosti, rozhodnost a také vůdčí schopnosti a charisma. Není jednoduché takovou pozici popsat, jelikož práce má interdisciplinární charakter. Krizový manažer má za úkol zmobilizovat zdroje, zastavit úpadek a nastartovat růst podniku, to všechno v rekordně krátkém čase. Pokusil jsem se ve své práci takový úkol vykonat, podnik v akutní fázi krize oživit a práce mě pro svoji náročnost a pestrost nadchla.

Abstract:

Crisis, crisis management, crisis manager, crisis communications and other terms containing the word 'crisis' at the time of the last recently used rarely and in principle most often in connection with the crises caused by natural forces. Today the situation is different. Due to economic recession and financial crisis received crisis management in our country the size of the business, with an offensive touch something very special and demanding. The recession led to difficult situation previously prospering companies and the new situation requires new approaches, methods and experiences. It takes also the victims. Crisis management is therefore becoming common in our managerial discipline that requires cumulative knowledge, experience, determination and leadership skills and charisma. It is not easy to describe such a position, since the work has an interdisciplinary character. Crisis manager has the task of mobilizing resources to stop the decline and start the growth of the enterprise, all in record time. I tried in my work to perform such a task, an undertaking in the acute phase of the crisis and work to revive me for their intensity and variety enthused.
