Bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami vzniku dědičných trombocytopenií a detekcí kauzálních variant. Dědičné trombocytopenie jsou heterogenní skupinou vzácných onemocnění. Kauzální varianty vznikají obvykle v genech, které ovlivňují megakaryopoézu a trombopoézu. Doposud je známo několik desítek genů, které jsou s dědičnými trombocytopeniemi asociovány. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the causes of inherited thrombocytopenias and detection of causal variants. Inherited thrombocytopenias are a heterogeneous group of rare diseases. Mostly the causal variants are found in genes associated with megakaryopoiesis and thrombopoeisis. Nowadays several dozens of genes related to thrombocytopenias are known.
