This thesis deals with the problems external communication of the company Weleda in the Czech Republic and in Germany. In the theoretical part I explain concepts of the verbal and nonverbal communication and after that more I focus on the external communication. Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Problematik der externen Kommunikation der Firma We-leda in Deutschland und Tschechien. In dem theoretischen Teil sind die Begriffe verbale und nonverbale Kommunikation erklärt und dann ist dieser Teil mehr an dem Thema der externen Kommunikation orientiert.
