Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá procesom poskytovania úverov v komerčnej banke. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické aspekty bankových úverov a procesu ich poskytovania. Definuje banku a bankové obchody, charakterizuje bankové úvery, úverové riziko a samotný proces poskytovania úverov. Posledná časť prvej kapitoly sa zaoberá problémovými úvermi.
