The shape of notch and material influence on stress film joint during load

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo posoudit vliv materiálu a tvaru vrubu na napjatost filmového spoje při zatížení. V teoretické časti diplomové práce je provedena literární rešerše zabývající se filmovým spojem a materiálem z něhož je vyroben. Dále je v teoretické části věnována pozornost popisu únavy a lomu konstrukčních materiálů a metodě konečných prvků (MKP). V praktické části jsou uvedeny naměřené hodnoty získané z tahové zkoušky. Výsledky tahové zkoušky byly aplikovány pro analýzu napětí a deformace u čtyř modelů s filmovým spojem pomocí numerické metody konečných prvků. Byly navrhnuty vhodné úpravy filmového spoje, které by snížily koncentraci napětí v oblasti vrubu.

Abstract:

The aim of present Master Thesis was examination of material influence and the shape of notch on stress of film joint during load. The theoretical part Master Thesis contains bibliographic search focused on film joint and material, which was used to product film joint. The theoretical part also contains information about fatigue and fraction of construction materials and Finite Element Method (FEM). The practical part includes results of tensile test. The results of tensile test has been applied for analysis of distribution of stress and deformation four models with film joint through the use of Finite Element Method. Before that it been proper modification of film joint that reduce tension on the area of notch.
