Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku XY a. s. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které se provedlo na úseku kontroly a expedice na 143 respondentech, a rozhovoru s ředitelem podniku. Výsledkem mého výzkumu je, že se prokázala dle stanovených hypotéz vysoká spokojenost zaměstnanců. Následně jsem provedla diskusi výsledků, kde jsem popsala a komentovala dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor s generálním ředitelem. Poté jsem navrhla možná opatření, které by podnik měl provést k zlepšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of measuring employee satisfaction in a selected company XY a. s. The aim of the work is to fing out the satisfaction of employees by means of a questionnaire survey which was conducted in the area of control and dispatch on 143 respondents and an interview with the director of the company. The result of my Research is that according to the astablished hypotheses high employee satisfaction has been demonstrated. Subsequently, I conducted a discussion of the results, where I described the comments on the questionnaire survey and the interview with the CEO. Then I suggested possible measures that the company should take to improve employee satisfaction.
