Business plan for the establishment of a rehabilitation facility

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení v oboru rehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První z nich je část teoretická, která nejprve obecně popisuje téma podnikání a dále se podrobněji věnuje podnikatelskému plánu a postupu při jeho tvorbě. Na konci teoretické části je rozebráno téma rehabilitace a založení nestátního zdravotnického zařízení obsahující veškeré organizační a legislativní náležitosti, které je nutné splnit při jeho zakládání. Druhá, praktická část nejprve charakterizuje nově vznikající rehabilitační zařízení. Následně jsou provedeny analýzy mikrookolí a makrookolí popisující faktory ovlivňující nově vznikající podnikání. Navazuje analýza konkurence, marketingový a finanční plán. Na závěr praktické části jsou zhodnoceny předpoklady úspěšnosti projektu prostřednictvím analýzy SWOT a analýzy rizik. Výsledek práce poslouží jako pomůcka pro založení rehabilitačního zařízení a rovněž může inspirovat další potenciální podnikatele.

Abstract:

The aim of this master degree thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a non-state medical facility in the field of rehabilitation. The master degree thesis is divided into two parts. The first of them is the theoretical part, which firstly describes the topic of business in general and then deals in more detail with the business plan and the process of its creation. At the end of the theoretical part is processed the topic of rehabilitation and establishment of a non-state medical facility containing all organizational and legislative requirements that must be met before the creation. The second, practical part firstly characterizes the newly emerging rehabilitation facility. Subsequently, analyzes of micro-environment and macro-environment describing the factors influencing the new business are performed. Followed by analysis of competitors, marketing and financial plan. At the end of the practical part, the assumptions of the project success are evaluated through SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The result of the work will serve as an aid tool for the establishment of a rehabilitation facility and can also inspire other potential entrepreneurs.
