Abstract:
Ve své práci se budu zabývat sestavením rozvojového podnikatelského plánu, který bude zaměřen především na zvýšení ziskovosti a konkurenční schopnosti už existujícího penzionu ve Františkových Lázních. V současné době penzion vykazuje velmi nízkou obsazenost a mým hlavním úkolem je navrhnout způsoby a možnosti, jimiž lze tento ukazatel zvýšit. Abstract:
The thesis deals with creating a development business plan which will be primarily focused on increasing a profitability and competitiveness of the existing pension in Franzensbad. Currently the pension has a low occupancy level, and my main task is to suggest the ways and means to increase this indicator.
