Fire protection and OSH (Occupational safety and health) training management in a particular health facility

Abstract:

V práci se zabývám aktuálními teoretickými a legislativními rámci ve vztahu k PO ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Zároveň se z důvodu provázanosti tématik věnuji i teoretickým a legislativním rámcům BOZP. Stejným způsobem postupuji v rozsahu celé práce. Následně pojednávám o organizaci školení PO ve vztahu k požadavkům na zdravotnická zařízení, vyplývajících z právních a ostatních relevantních předpisů ve zmíněném zařízení. Analyzuji zaměstnanci vybraného zdravotnického zařízení dosažené výsledky testů PO a BOZP. Následně je proveden kvalitativní výzkum s cílem zhodnotit subjektivní hodnocení školení PO a BOZP zaměstnanci vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, díky kterým práce komplexně popisuje zkoumané jevy. Informanty byli vedoucí zaměstnanci vybraného zdravotnického zařízení, kteří se účastní periodického školení BOZP a PO pro vedoucí zaměstnance v intervalu 1X za 3 roky. Otázky v rozhovorech byly cíleny na oblast požární ochrany a vlastní reflexi účastníků obsahu a formy jimi absolvovaného školení. Data získaná analýzou dokumentů k agendě vzdělávání zdravotníků v oblasti PO ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení a od informantů byla analyzována a interpretována. Na základě výsledků výzkumů byl formulován návrh opatření zlepšení managementu školení BOZP a PO ve zvoleném zdravotnickém zařízení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with current theoretical and legislative frameworks in relation to fire safety in a selected medical facility. At the same time, due to the interconnectedness of the topics, I also adress the theoretical and legislative frameworks of health and safety on workplace. I proceed in the same way throghout the scope of the work. Subsequently I discuss the fire safety training organization in relation to the requirements of medical facilities, resulting from legal regulations and other relevant regulations in the said facility. I analyze the results achieved by the employees in the fire safety and health and safety surveys. A qualitative research is then carried out with the goal to evaluate the employees' subjective review of the fire safety and health and safety training. The investigation is being cerried out using semi-structured interviews, because of which the work comprehensively describes the investigated phenomena. The informants were senior employees of the selected medical facility, who regularly participate in periodic fire safety and health and safety trainings for senior employees at an interval of 1x in 3 years. The questions in the interviews were aimed at the field of fire safety and the participants' own reflection of the content of the training they completed. The data obtained through the analysis of documents related to the agenda for the education of medical staff in the field of fire safety in the selected medical facility and from informants were analyzed and interpreted. Based on the results of the research, a proposal was formulated for measures to improve the management of fire safety and health and safety training in the selected medical facility.
