Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Peer-to-peer pojištění, jakožto určitá alternativa oproti tradičnímu pojetí pojištění. Cílem práce je poukázat zejména na možná úskalí týkající se peer- to-peer principu a dále posoudit to, zda může v budoucnu peer-to-peer pojištění nahradit dnešní systém komerčního pojištění. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola obecně popisuje podstatu sdílené ekonomiky a dále její využití v rámci různých oblastí a služeb. Druhá kapitola se již konkrétně zabývá problematikou peer-to-peer v pojišťovnictví, nejprve popisuje historické aspekty a vývoj pojištění, podobu standartního modelu a modelu peer-to- peer pojišťoven. Dále jsou uvedeny hlavní výhody a nevýhody obou typů pojištění. V rámci třetí kapitoly je uvedeno několik nejznámějších peer-to-peer pojišťoven a stručný popis jejich činnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na první peer-to-peer pojišťovnu, fungující na českém trhu: První klubovou pojišťovnu,a.s. Kromě obecných informací a výčtu pojistných produktů, které První klubová poskytuje, je součástí i rozhovor sčlenem bankovní rady ČNB, Ing. Tomášem Nidetzkým. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení filozofie peer-to-peer v pojištění, s ohledem na jeho další možný vývoj.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor thesis is peer-to-peer insurance, representing insurance alternative in comparison with traditional concept of the commercial insurance. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to refer to possible difficulties of P2P and consider if there are a possibilities to allow peer-to-peer insurance to replace the current commercial insurance. Thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes fundamental characteristics of sharing economy and its application into vary section and services. The second chapter focuses on history of the insurance and conditions of the peer-to-peer insurance in the frame of the commercial insurance. Fundamental advantages and disadvantages are described as well. The third chapter introduces some well-known peer-to-peer institutions with their short description. The last fourth chapter is dedicated to first peer-to-peer insurance in the Czech Republic called První klubová, a.s. The last chapter also includes elementary descriptive information and characteristics about První klubová, a.s., its insurance products description as well as an interview with Ing.Tomáš Nidetzký, a member of the Bank Board in a Czech National Bank. Main goal of the thesis is to asses peer-to-peer philosophy and it’s further possible progress.
