Má práce se zabývá firmení kulturou americké společnosti v ČR a působením národních kultur na firemní kulturu. První kapitola vysvětluje teoretické pojmy, tak aby čtenář porozuměl kapitolám 2-4, které již tvoří praktickou část práce. My thesis is describing corporate culture of american company based in Czech Republic. In the first chapter I am explaining theoretical terms which I am applying at the specific company in the last chapter. In the whole work I am specifying how it is important to cooperate between national cultures and the corporate culture.
