Online sales of the pharmacy using its own transport

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování marketingového záměru na využití vlastní dopravy pro internetový prodej lékárny. Jde o to ověřit, zda úspěšný projekt internetového obchodu Pilulka fungující v Praze, lze aplikovat také v regionu Ústí nad Labem. Postup výzkumu začíná zaměřením se na specifika podnikání v lékárenském odvětví a na nové trendy v on-line nakupování. V další části se mapuje konkurenční prostředí a marketingové strategie internetových lékáren. Analýza mikroprostředí a příležitotostí vychází z lokálního průzkumu formou dotazování zákazníků lékáren. Na základě získaných poznatků je zpracován marketingový záměr včetně ekonomického zhodnocení. Následně je vypracovaný rozpočet pro vlastní dopravu objednávek, který má zajistit nejrychlejší doručení zásilek v regionu. Výsledek práce má potvrdit zájem o tuto službu a poskytnout inspiraci pro otevření internetové lékárny v regionu.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to develop a marketing plan for the use of its own delivery for the online sale of the pharmacy. It is about confirming whether the successful project of the Pilulka´s internet business operating in Prague can also be applied in the Ústí nad Labem region. The research process begins with a focus on the specifics of the pharmacy business and on the new trends in online shopping. The next section monitors the competitive environment and marketing strategies of online pharmacies. The analysis of the microenvironment and opportunities is based on a local pharmacy customer´s survey. The marketing plan including economic evaluation is based on the learning. Subsequently, a budget for the own delivery of orders is evolved, which leads to the fastest delivery of orders in the region. The result of the work is to confirm the interest in this service and provide inspiration for the opening of an internet pharmacy in the region.
