Závěrečná práce pojednává o pracovněprávních vztazích na pracovišti. Konkrétně se jedná o přiblížení problematiky zaměstnanců a jejich odpovědnosti za způsobenou škodu. V první fázi práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se tématu práce.
