Motivation system of a company

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stávajícího motivačního systému podniku a jeho následná úprava s důrazem na využití nehmotných stimulačních nástrojů. První kapitola charakterizuje pojem motivace a její zdroje. V souvislosti s motivací je podstatné vysvětlit termíny pracovní spokojenost a výkonová motivace. Práce se dále zabývá stimulačními prostředky, které jsou základem pro vytvoření motivačního systému. V hlavní části této práce je představený vybraný podnik. Následně je realizován rozhovor s majitelem podniku a distribuováno dotazníkové šetření výkonným pracovníkům. Na základě vyhodnocení těchto metod šetření je navrhnuta úprava současného motivačního systému podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of thesis is evaluation current motivation system in the company and its modification with emphasis on the use of intangible stimulating instruments. The first chapter characterizes the term of motivation and its sources. In the context of motivation is essential to explain terms of job satisfaction and output motivation. The thesis also deals with stimulating means, which create final motivation system. In the main part of this thesis is introduced the chosen company. Subsequently is realized interview with the owner of the company and distributed the survey to executive workers. Based on evaluation of these methods of survey is suggested modification of motivation system of this company.
