Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma přístup vybrané organizace k pracovníkům padesát plus - age management ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části práce je nejdříve popsán problém demografického stárnutí a následně blíže definován koncept age management. Ve výzkumné části je popsána organizace, ve které výzkum probíhal a následně je formou dotazníkového šetření analyzován samotný koncept age management v této organizaci. V poslední části práce jsou pak popsány návrhy a doporučení.

Abstract:

The theses is focused on approach of selected organization to the employees of fifty-plus - age management in the chosen organization. The theoretical part of this thesis first describes demographic ageing and then defines the concept of age management. The research part describes the organization, in which the research took place, and then the same approach of age management in this organization is analyzed using a questionnaire survey. The last part of this theses describes proposals and recommendations.
