Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a popsat využití produktů z révy vinné v kosmetickém odvětví. Práce se zabývá popisem historie a vývoje kosmetiky, vysvětlením technologických postupů při výrobě sekundárních produktů z révy vinné a chemickou povahou odpadních látek zpracovávaných při výrobě vína. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to find out and describe the use of the grapevines in the cosmetics industry. The literature review focuses on the history and the development of the cosmetics industry, explains the production procceses of grapevines secondary products and the chemical structure of waste components that are processed during winemaking.
