Rationalisation of the Process of Professional Experience Implementation at a Private University

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je racionalizace procesu realizace odborných praxí na soukromé vysoké škole. Cílem práce je analyzovat a definovat problémové části procesu a následně navrhnout řešení pro jejich racionalizaci. Teoretická část práce je tvořena literární rešerší, která popisuje oblast procesního řízení a pojmy s ním spojené. Poskytuje východiska pro praktickou část práce. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika soukromé vysoké školy, na niž navazuje analýza jejího procesního řízení a inovačních procesů. Detailně je pak provedena analýza procesu realizace odborných praxí, a to za pomocí modelu CMMI. Nedostatky, které vyplývají z analytické části, následně slouží jako podklad pro projektovou část práce. Projektová část navrhuje opatření, které problémové oblasti procesu odstraňují. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení celého projektu, včetně jeho nákladů a rizik.

Abstract:

The theme of the diploma thesis is a rationalization of the practical training implementation process at the private higher education institution. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse and to define problematical parts of the process and to subsequently suggest their solutions so that they can be implemented. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis consists of the literature review which delineates the field of process management and terms associated with it. It also provides the basis for the practical part of the diploma thesis. The characterization of the private higher education institution is delineated in the practical part of the thesis and it is followed by the analysis of its process management and the innovation processes. The detailed implementation process analysis of the practical trainings using the CMMI is carried out. Limitations arising from the practical part are subsequently used as a basis for the project part of the thesis. The project part of the thesis suggest measures which eliminate problematic areas of the process. The conclusion of the diploma thesis comprises the whole project evaluation including its costs and risks.
