Possibility of Motivating Employees in Selected Small Hotels

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Možnosti motivování zaměstnanců ve vybraných malých hotelech“ je analýza motivačních systémů a možností motivování zaměstnanců ve vybraných malých hotelech v Mostě. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům o hotelnictví a motivaci, především pak poznatkům o pracovní motivaci a motivačních teoriích. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice a představení vybraných malých hotelů, ve kterých bylo provedeno empirické šetření a také samozřejmě výsledkům z tohoto empirického šetření. Poslední třetí část je věnována návrhům a doporučením na zlepšení motivačních systémů a zefektivnění motivace zaměstnanců v těchto malých hotelech, ke kterým jsem došla díky výsledkům z dotazníkového šetření a teoretickým poznatkům.

Abstract:

The main focus of the bachelor's dissertation „Possibility of Motivating Employees in Selected Small Hotels“ is to analyze systems of motivation and possibilities of motivating employees in selected small hotels in Most. The first part is dedicated to theoretical knowledge of hotel management and motivation, especially knowledge of work motivation and motivational theories. The second part is dedicated to characteristics and description of selected small hotels in Most, in which was made an empirical survey and of course, the results of this empirical survey. The third and last part is dedicated to suggestions and recommendations for improving the system of motivation and streamlining employee motivation, which I detect thank to questionnaires and theoretical knowledge.
