Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu využití historické nemovitosti na Vysočině pro oblast cestovního ruchu. Práce je tvořena třemi částmi, a to teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou částí. The diploma thesis deals with the project of using the historical real-estate in Bransouze for tourism. The work consists of free parts: theoretical, analytical and project part. The theoretical part describes the important points for tourism and analytical methods. The analytical part includes geo-economic analysis, in-depth interviews and SWOT analy-sis.
