Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá francouzským stranickýcm systémem v letech 1997-2012. Nejprve představuje teorii stranických systémů a jejich typologie, které vytvořili Jean Blondel a Giovanni Sartori. Později práce zkoumá vývoj stranického systému v období páté republiky, kdy už od počátku docházelo k častým slučováním a rozdělováním jednotlivých stran. This bachelor thesis concerns the party system in France between 1997 and 2012. At first this work presents the theory of party systems and their typologies created by Jean Blondel and Giovanni Sartori. Later work examines the developement of the party system in the period of the Fifth French Republic when parties merged and split frequently since the beginning.
