Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je sociální poradenství nemocným seniorům a jejich pečujícím. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat sociální poradenství nemocným seniorům a jejich pečujícím osobám. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, zda je na Fulnecku sociální poradenství poskytované nemocným seniorům a jejich pečujícím osobám dostatečné. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně stářím, nemocností seniorů, sociální situací pečujících osob a sociálním poradenstvím se zaměřením na nemocné seniory a pečující osoby. Velký důraz je kladen na Rogersův přístup zaměřený na klienta. Aplikační část se zabývá otázkou, zda je sociální poradenství poskytované nemocným seniorům a pečujícím na Fulnecku dostačující. Je použita metoda analýzy dokumentů. Výstupem je předložení návrhu na zřízení nové služby ? Občanské poradny ve Fulneku.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is social counseling for ill seniors and their caregivers. The aim of the thesis is to describe social counseling for ill seniors and their caregivers. The partial aim is to determine whether the social counseling provided to the ill seniors and their caregivers in Fulnek region is sufficient. The work is divided into theoretical and application part. The theoretical part deals with old age in general, morbidity of seniors, caregivers´ social situations and social counseling focusing on the elderly sick and the caregivers. Strong emphasis is placed on Rogers client-centered approach. The application part deals with the question of whether the social counseling provided to the ill seniors and caregivers in Fulnek region is sufficient. The method used is document analysis. The output is submitting a proposal to establish a new service - Citizens Consulting Centre in Fulnek.
