Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu pro rodinný penzion Rokytka a následné vymezení horizontu 5 let pro jednotlivé části tohoto plánu. Bakalářská práce mimo tvorbu tohoto plánu a jeho budoucího horizontu 5 let je zaměřena rovněž na analýzu konkurence, analýzu finanční, analýzu zákazníků a vymezení cílového segmentu zákazníků. Všechny základní pojmy pro tuto práci jsou uvedeny v teoretické části této práce a z nich je následně vycházeno v části analytické, kde je plán již tvořen.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on creation of a business plan for the family guesthouse Rokytka and definition of a 5-year horizon for the individual parts of this plan. In addition to the creation of this plan and its future horizon of 5 years, the bachelor thesis is also focused on competitor analysis, financial analysis, customer analysis and definition of the target customer segment. All the basic terms for this work are defined in the theoretical part of this work and then they are used in the analytical part, where the plan is already created.
