Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení systému místních poplatků v rozpočtu obce. První část práce se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku místních poplatků a jejich správy. Část následující obsahuje podrobnou analýzu místních poplatků ve městě Uherské Hradiště a zhodnocení těchto poplatků porovnáním výnosů a nákladů, které jsou s nimi spojeny.
