Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření podniku s využitím finančních a nefinančních ukazatelů. Vedle klasické finanční analýzy budou popsány modernější metody měření výkonnosti podniku, jako jsou nefinanční ukazatele či Balanced Scorecard. Práce bude také věnována vysvětlení důležitosti zahrnutí nefinančních ukazatelů při podnikovém řízení a jejich přínos při formování stabilního podniku. Popsané metody poté budou použity pro praktickou část. Během zpracovávání práce budou shromažďovány a analyzovány dostupné informace a na základě provedených analýz bude vyhodnocena celková finanční situace konkrétní firmy, popřípadě navrhnuta opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení. Hlavním cílem práce je detailně prozkoumat firemní procesy, na základě provedených analýz posoudit finanční zdraví podniku a navrhnout vhodný systém výkonnostních ukazatelů, který by firmě pomohl lépe se orientovat ve svých procesech a mohl tak vést ke zvyšování její výkonnosti. Analyzovaná firma podniká ve stavebním odvětví, které se již několik let nachází v recesi. Dalším cílem této práce proto je potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotézy o tom, že hospodářský vývoj firmy koresponduje se situací v celém odvětví, tedy že má taktéž klesající tendenci.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the company management using financial and non-financial indicators. In addition to conventional financial analysis there will be described modern methods of measuring company performance, such as non-financial indicators or Balanced Scorecard. There will be also given an explanation of the importance of the inclusion of non-financial indicators in corporate governance and their contribution to the formation of a stable company. The described methods will then be used for the practical part of the work. During processing work will be collected and analyzed available information and on the basis of the analysis will be evaluating the overall financial situation of a particular company, or suggested measures to improve. The main objective is to explore in detail the business processes, based on the analyzes to assess the financial health of the company and design a system of performance indicators that would help the company to better orientation in their processes and could thus lead to an increase in its performance. The analyzed company operates in the construction industry, which is already several years in recession. Another aim of this work is therefore confirm or refute the hypothesis that the economic development of the company corresponds to the situation throughout the industry, ie that also has a downward trend.
