Tato práce se zabývá popisem a optimalizací podnikových procesů. Dále se práce zabývá návrhem informačního systému pro podporu procesů a ekonomickým zhodnocením výhodnosti investice do tohoto informačního systému.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with description and optimization of company’s processes. The thesis also deals with the design of an information system for processes support and with an economical evaluation of investment in this information system.
