Resolving methods of dissolution and termination of employment within a particular company
Abstract:
Obsahem práce jsou poznatky v rámci problematiky rozvázání a skončení pracovního poměru. Teoretická východiska procesu rozvázání a skončení pracovního poměru jsou doložena zároveň příkladem z praxe v konkrétním podniku a navržena jsou řešení ke zefektnění postupu při rozvázání a skončení pracovního poměru a snížení počtu rozvázaných a skončených pracovních poměrů v podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis that knowledge in the issue of dissolution and termination of employment. Theoretical process of dissolution and termination of employment are well documented examples of practice in a particular company and the solutions are designed to improve procedure for dissolution and termination of employment and reducing the number of terminated employment relationships in the enterprise.
