Silhouette animation

Abstract:
Tato práce se v první části věnuje definici siluety a historickým okolnostem, které postupně vedly ke vzniku siluetového animovaného filmu. Pohyblivou formu siluety pak více charakterizuje mimo jiné vytyčením jejích výhod a limitů. Dále poskytuje stručný přehled o současných možnostech siluetové animace, přičemž teoretické poznatky propojuje s praxí nabytou při výrobě konkrétního filmu.
Abstract:
The theme of this thesis concerns definition of silhouette and states historical circumstances, which gradually led to the invention of silhouette animated film. The kinetic form of silhouette is further characterized, including specification of its advantages and limits.
